before i read the comments i chose target practice, bold graphic logo, your text on the sleeve allows the shirt to be worn out, casual wear, if commented on referal to your company from the wearer to the recipient can be told, i would put a small web assist text in the circle or WA maybe light grey, not to take the eye from the logo when up close socialising but for the eye to secondary focus on after hitting the logo WA

Westside Assist: States Company name, is short enough to not look goofy, but long enough to give onlookers enough information to be able to go and find more information about this company, plus, the hand will entice those who have or know someone who has a hearing problem, a huge, untapped market. Also, this may be considered crude, but the positioning of the words allows for, well, the enlargement of the words when larger body parts are found underneath the shirt, thus, creating a greater attraction for the shirt and its message not only for the “web nerds” who work with WebAssist, but also males in general.
WAebsite is the T shirt I like because you tell people you make websites from the shirt.

As a guy that makes a living designing t-shirts and other gear, I’d say website maker is the best.
